# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • They come together in under 30 minutes start to finish, making them perfect for unexpected guests or last-minute cravings.
  • The air fryer does all the heavy lifting, leaving your stovetop completely free while they crisp up beautifully.
  • You control exactly what goes inside, so you can skip the pepperoni for your vegetarian friend or load them with whatever vegetables your family actually eats.
02 -
  • Overloading your air fryer basket is the fastest way to soggy rolls, so resist the temptation to cram them in tightly and give each piece breathing room.
  • That egg wash might seem optional but it's genuinely the difference between rolls that look homemade and rolls that look like you actually went to culinary school.
03 -
  • A bench scraper or pizza cutter makes slicing the log so much cleaner and easier than wrestling with a regular knife.
  • Room-temperature dough rolls out infinitely more smoothly than cold dough straight from the fridge, so let it sit for 10 minutes before you start.
