01 - 4 slices sandwich bread (white or whole wheat)
02 - 4 cooked chicken nuggets
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
→ Optional Add-ins
05 - 2 tablespoons ketchup or honey mustard
06 - 2 leaves lettuce
# Directions:
01 - Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
03 - Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface and top each with two slices of cheddar cheese.
04 - Place two cooked chicken nuggets on top of the cheese on each sandwich. Slice Nuggets in half if needed to fit.
05 - Drizzle ketchup or honey mustard over the chicken nuggets as desired.
06 - Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
07 - Transfer sandwiches to the preheated skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden brown and cheese melts.
08 - Remove sandwiches from skillet, let cool slightly, cut in half, and serve warm.
