# Components:
→ Fruit
01 - 18 ounces seedless red or green grapes
→ Citrus
02 - 2 limes, zested and juiced
→ Sweetener
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar or agave syrup
→ Extras
04 - Pinch of salt
05 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Rinse grapes thoroughly and dry. Remove stems from all grapes.
02 - Spread grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours or until grapes are solid.
03 - Transfer frozen grapes to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add lime juice, lime zest, sugar or agave syrup, and a pinch of salt. Blend until mixture is very smooth and creamy, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.
04 - Taste mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference.
05 - Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer sorbet mixture to an airtight container and freeze for an additional hour for a firmer consistency.
06 - Scoop sorbet into bowls and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve chilled.
