04 - Nestle the seasoned chicken thighs skin side up among the vegetables on the baking sheet.
05 - Scatter the cranberries evenly over the pan and drizzle the orange juice on top.
06 - Place the pan in the preheated oven and roast for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken skin is golden, juices run clear, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Vegetables should be tender.
07 - For crispier skin, broil the dish for an additional 2 to 3 minutes if desired.
