# Directions:
01 - Dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water within a clean glass jar. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice. Stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar securely with a breathable cloth or coffee filter, fastened by a rubber band. Allow the culture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until effervescent and tangy.
03 - Remove kefir grains or ginger bug by straining the liquid through a fine mesh strainer. Discard or save cultures for future use.
04 - In a pitcher, blend the fermented soda base with fresh orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to incorporate flavors.
05 - Fill glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over. Garnish each glass with an orange slice and additional mint leaves as desired.
06 - Present promptly for maximum carbonation and freshness.
