Recipe FAQ

Can I use different tortillas for these wraps?

Yes, spinach or regular flour tortillas both work well. You can also try gluten-free tortillas if needed.

How do I keep the wraps from unrolling during cooking?

After rolling, slice diagonally and secure each piece with a pretzel stick to resemble tree trunks, which helps maintain their shape.

Are there vegan alternatives for the creamy spread?

Absolutely. Swap the cream cheese and sour cream with hummus or vegan cream cheese for a dairy-free option.

Can I prepare these ahead of time?

Yes, you can assemble them in advance and refrigerate until ready to air fry for a fresher taste and perfect crispness.

What temperature and duration are best for air frying these wraps?

Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 6–8 minutes until the wraps are crisp and golden.

What are some good vegetable substitutions?

Cucumber, purple cabbage, or zucchini work nicely if you want to vary the veggie mix.
