# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Arrange evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning fries halfway, until golden and crisp.
