15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

02 - Gently massage the kale with a drizzle of olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes to soften leaves.
03 - Add the red bell pepper, pomegranate seeds, and red onion to the greens and toss gently.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
05 - Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients thoroughly.
