01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
02 - 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
03 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup grated mature cheddar cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

10 - 12 egg roll wrappers
11 - 1 large egg, beaten (for sealing)

12 - Vegetable oil, for deep frying
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, thoroughly mix shredded chicken, diced ham, softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until uniform.
02 - Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, corner pointed toward you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling into the center.
03 - Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with beaten egg. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (180°C).
05 - Fry egg rolls in batches for 3 to 4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
06 - Serve hot, optionally accompanied by a creamy dipping sauce or ketchup.
