# Directions:
01 - Pat chicken breasts dry thoroughly with paper towels.
02 - Sprinkle both sides with garlic powder, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and lemon zest.
03 - Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
04 - Place chicken breasts into the skillet and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken during the last minute of cooking.
06 - Transfer chicken from the skillet and allow to rest for 2 minutes. Slice and serve while hot.
