# Components:
→ Base Layers
01 - 2 cups refried beans
02 - 1 cup sour cream
03 - 1 cup guacamole
04 - 1 cup salsa
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
→ Toppings & Decoration
07 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
09 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
10 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
11 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
12 - 1/4 cup sour cream (for piping yard lines)
13 - 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños (optional)
→ Dippers
14 - 2 bags tortilla chips
15 - 1 bag pretzel sticks (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Spread the refried beans evenly over a large rectangular platter to create the first layer.
02 - Spread sour cream over the beans, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
03 - Spoon guacamole over the sour cream, smoothing it into a bright green rectangle resembling the football field.
04 - Layer salsa evenly along the edges outside the guacamole field, then sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the salsa border.
05 - Use a piping bag or zip-top bag with a snipped tip to pipe yard lines and end zones with reserved sour cream. Arrange sliced black olives along the edges, and sprinkle chopped tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the cheese border. Add shredded lettuce along the ends to mimic turf.
06 - Create mini goal posts with pretzel sticks at both ends of the field if desired.
07 - Serve immediately with tortilla chips on the side.
