03 - Preheat vegetable oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
04 - Fry patties in batches without overcrowding, cooking each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
05 - Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil and serve immediately while hot.
