10 - Candy eyes
11 - Assorted sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or colored sugar
12 - 16 lollipop sticks

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Add granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth and well combined.
03 - Sift in unsweetened cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir together just until evenly incorporated.
04 - Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
05 - Allow brownies to cool fully in the pan. Using the parchment overhang, lift out and cut into 16 uniform squares.
06 - Carefully push a lollipop stick halfway into each brownie square. If brownies are soft, chill for 20 minutes to firm up before dipping.
07 - Melt candy melts following package directions until smooth and fluid, using microwave or double boiler.
08 - Dip each brownie pop into melted candy coating, turning to cover all sides. Tap gently to remove excess.
09 - Before the coating hardens, apply candy eyes, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, or colored sugar to create monster faces.
10 - Place decorated pops onto parchment paper and allow candy coating to set completely prior to serving.
