  • They feel fancy enough for a quick lunch date but take barely any time to throw together.
  • No more soggy bread or regrettable vending machine choices by 3 p.m.
  • You can adjust proteins and vegetables based on what's actually in your fridge that week.

  • Crackers go soggy almost immediately once they touch hummus or any moisture, so obsessively keeping them separate isn't being precious—it's being smart.
  • Lemon juice on apples genuinely works to prevent browning, but more importantly, it adds a flavor dimension that makes people go, 'Wait, what's that taste?'
03 -
  • Prep your proteins and hard-boil your eggs ahead of time so assembly night is genuinely just arranging everything—no cooking required.
  • Keep your crackers in a separate bag or ziplock inside the box if your containers don't have good compartments, because one mistake and your whole meal tastes like cardboard.
