01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste

04 - 4 small flour tortillas
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

06 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
07 - 4 teaspoons ketchup
# Directions:
01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef with salt and pepper, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until thoroughly browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
02 - Place flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave briefly until soft and flexible.
03 - Evenly divide the cooked beef among the tortillas. Top each with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and a drizzle of ketchup.
04 - Fold the tacos and toast in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until lightly golden and crisp if desired.
05 - Present immediately while warm.
