18 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
19 - 1 box (3 ounces) dry strawberry Jell-O powder

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
02 - Combine graham cracker crumbs or crushed Golden Oreos with sugar and melted butter. Mix until thoroughly moistened.
03 - Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer.
04 - Bake the crust for 10 minutes then remove and set aside to cool completely.
05 - Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until combined. Incorporate eggs one at a time, gently beating after each addition just until blended.
06 - Pour cheesecake batter over cooled crust and bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the center is slightly wobbly. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly.
07 - Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours to set, preferably overnight.
08 - Dissolve strawberry Jell-O powder in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 0.5 cup cold water. Cool and chill until slightly thickened but not set, approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
09 - Fold whipped topping and chopped strawberries gently into the chilled gelatin mixture and spread evenly over the set cheesecake.
10 - Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until the strawberry layer is firm.
11 - Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a cold bowl until stiff peaks form. Spread evenly over the strawberry layer.
12 - Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and dry strawberry Jell-O powder until crumbs are evenly coated and vibrant in color.
13 - Generously sprinkle the shortcake crumble over the whipped cream layer.
14 - Chill the assembled dessert until ready to serve. Run a knife around the pan edge to release, slice, and serve.
