01 - 14 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or in chips
02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or in chips
→ Cocoa & Marshmallows
03 - 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix (approximately 4 single-serve packets)
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
→ Toppings (optional)
05 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
06 - 2 tbsp festive sprinkles
# Directions:
01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Gently melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, spreading into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly sprinkle the hot cocoa mix over the warm chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter mini marshmallows across the surface, pressing gently to embed.
06 - Melt the white chocolate using the same method as the semi-sweet chocolate.
07 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the bark in a zigzag pattern.
08 - If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and festive sprinkles over the top.
09 - Allow the chocolate bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
10 - Break or cut the bark into pieces. Package in cellophane bags for gifting or store in an airtight container.
