A vibrant, kid-friendly fruit platter arranged in the shape of a butterfly—perfect for parties, brunches, or healthy snacking.

This fruit tray was a huge hit at my last brunch, especially with the kids who loved the butterfly shape.

Ingredients

  • Fruit Selection: 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced, 1 cup green grapes halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 cup cantaloupe cubed, 1 kiwi peeled and sliced, 1 small apple sliced, 1/2 cup blackberries
  • Garnish & Assembly: 1 celery stick (for butterfly body), 2 thin pretzel rods or candy sticks (for antennae), fresh mint leaves (optional for decoration)
  • Optional Dip: 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

Step 1:
Wash and prepare all fruit as directed. Pat dry with paper towels to avoid excess moisture.
Step 2:
On a large platter or tray, place the celery stick vertically in the center to form the butterfly's body.
Step 3:
Arrange the sliced apple at the top of the celery for the butterfly's head.
Step 4:

Step 5:
